Edward Reed are recruiting for an experienced, proactive Admin Assistant. The role is integral to our office and business support function whilst we continue to successfully grow the business.
The role is incredibly important to the business as a successful candidate will be a key part of the team and assist with the day to day office management of the business.
- Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Completing administrative tasks such as filing, delivering and accepting mail
- Management of the company website and social media
- Arranging appointments and updating records on databases
- Controlling inventory specific to office management
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing
- Arranging catering for meetings, including specialist tea and coffee
- Offering administrative support across the organisation
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
