Edward Reed are searching for a charismatic, confident and articulate Sales Manager to join our Birmingham based client.
A relationship and consultancy driven sales role requires a Sales Manager with experience in technical solutions to assist our client on their phenomenal growth curve. A successful candidate will be well versed in presenting to Boards and larger groups of people, both national and international travel is required.
Being amenable to clients needs is essential, the client base ranges from Enterprise level to Large Corporate and therefore understanding client needs is crucial.
This is a forward thinking, fast moving tech company led from the front. With this is mind we are looking for the following;
- 2-5 Years Sales experience
- Proven integrity
- Extremely confident, presentable and articulate
- Charismatic and capable of presenting to large groups
- Make a difference / Transformational mindset and delivery
- Detail/Product Led
- Existing relationships with senior HR, Operations or Customer Experience leaders
- Proven risk-taking experience
- Multilingual (French, Spanish, Italian & German) are advantages
- Experience of technical solutions – awareness of industry standard software e.g. Maximo, SAP, Other legacy software.
