Head of Client Acquisition, £50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus, Newcastle upon Tyne
Edward Reed are looking to speak to a driven and ambitious sales professional regarding an extremely exciting and rewarding role based in the North East.
Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Client Acquisition as part of their continued growth strategy. This is a key appointment, developing a new but aligned revenue stream for the business. Managing a team of key professionals this role requires both thought and sales leadership ability with demonstrable experience in attaining the very best results.
Job Role:
- Lead, manage and promote the Customer Acquisition Programme.
- Steer the lead generation strategy and work with the internal marketing team to run dedicated campaigns to target the desired client profile
- Review performance and make improvements based on MI and Analytics
- Maintain existing and create new strategic partnership relationships and work with digital partners to further improve our Search Engine Marketing/Paid Search activity
- Develop, manage, and recruit into the team. Guiding them through the exam process and providing sales training/mentoring as part of an agreed development plan
- Work closely with our national management team to identify growth opportunities,
- Promote the Acquisition Programme and track performance working towards short, medium and long-term targets.
- Lead and project manage improvements to processes and technology
Experience / Qualifications:
- Solid managerial and leadership skills
- Strong sales and business development background with a proven track record of consistently achieving targets
- Experience in building teams and recruitment programmes
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience building value-based sales strategy and processes
- Ability to train and developing sales teams
- Demonstrable use of metrics driven sales management
- Experience in Financial Services is preferred
- Experience in lead generation and online marketing
